Plasma Work helmets have been expressly designed for professional work-at-height and
work-at-ground applications. They are lightweight, compact, and comfortable. Every helmet
contains 10 special air vents, which provide efficient cooling and ventilation. The outer shell
vents are equipped with protective aluminum anti-intrusion grille, preventing entry of debris.
The rubberized wheel for headband/size adjustment is easy to use even while wearing gloves.

The High Density ABS Plastic outer shell is designed to withstand significant impact from
above or from the side and meets the CE EN 397 and CE EN 12492 standards. The High Density
(HD) Polystyrene inner shell has ducts, allowing for natural air flow and heat cycling. Inner
padding consists of two pieces - soft PE Polythene headband and disc � both of which are
removable and washable. The liner is made of the anti-allergic, moisture-absorbent, and
odor-resistant fabric.

The chinstrap is designed with four fasten points in order to decrease the risk of helmet loss
from impact in case of a fall (breaking strength more than 50daN or 112.4 lb, CE EN 12492
Mountaineering Helmet Standard). Its safety release system allows for quick
fastening/unfastening, in compliance with the requirements of CE EN 397 (European Standard
for Industrial Safety Helmets). Soft polyethylene side retractors regulate length of the straps.
The red-colored ring on one of the straps is provided for fastening the helmet to a harness.
The lamp-carrying clips, made from sturdy Nylon 6.6, are compatible with all head lamps
available on the market.

Accessories include: clear and smoke Kask visors, winter padding and adapter for helmet-mount
Peltor ear muffs. The helmets are ideal for tree climbing, forestry, framing & roofing,
sawmills, logging, construction, rescue climbing and other similar work activities.

WARNING
Plasma Work and Plasma Work Hi-Viz do not meet requirements of the CE EN
397 and ANSI Z89.1-2009 standards regarding electrical insulation. Plasma Work and Plasma
Work Hi-Viz are Type I Class C helmet based on ANSI Z89.1-2009 classification. (NOTE: A
helmet of Type I is designed to provide crown (top) impact protection. It is not intended to
provide protection from lateral (side) impacts. Class C stands for Conductive and this class is
not intended to provide protection from electrical conductors, and are not tested for electrical
resistance).
